At Standard we vouch for independent measurement; at Verified, completeness is verified and a public score is unlocked; at Gold, sustained rigour with closed-loop accountability. What is certified is the process behind the claim, not just a number.
Independent measurement
The firm submits to independent client measurement, checked through Client Culture's manual integrity review. Annual measurement cycle. Completeness is not vouched at this tier, so no public score is published — the claim is independence and certified status.
The measurement is structurally protected from selection
The client population is drawn from the firm's raw billing file, including invoice amounts, so selective omission is detectable. Coverage is reconciled against firm size and across cycles. The firm opens its books.
The highest level of process transparency
Quarterly-or-more measurement sustained across a full year, with structured, evidenced detractor follow-up. Gold's sustained-coverage requirement makes selective measurement impractical to sustain.
