Every Trusted Firms Global credential is issued with a year stamp and a public verification page. Anyone – clients, prospects, regulators, media – can confirm that a firm's certification is current and legitimate.

Common questions
- How do I know a badge is genuine?
- Every credential has a public verification page on this site at trustedfirms.global/verify/[ID], and the ID appears on the badge. If a badge does not link to a verification page here, or the page does not exist, the credential is not one we issued.
- What does a verification page show?
- The firm or adviser name, the certification tier, the program, the year certified, the expiry date, the current status, and what was verified about the measurement process for that specific credential.
- What if a firm's certification has expired?
- The verification page continues to exist and shows the status, so an expired or withdrawn credential is visible rather than silently disappearing. A firm displaying a badge for a credential that is no longer current can be reported to us.
- Can a firm remove a bad result?
- No. Firms do not choose which responses are counted – collection and measurement are handled independently by Client Culture. At Verified and Gold the client population is reconciled against the firm's own client record, so omitting clients is detectable.
