Trusted Firms Global operates independently of the firms it certifies. Certification decisions are based on data and process compliance — not commercial relationships.
Relationship to Client Culture
Trusted Firms Global is operated by TFG Certification Pty Ltd — an independent certification authority for professional service excellence. Service quality reviews are conducted by Client Culture Pty Ltd, a specialist experience measurement platform with over 10 years of experience in professional services. TFG Certification sets the standards and awards the credentials; Client Culture provides the measurement infrastructure.
Governance
Certification standards are set by TFG Certification Pty Ltd. Measurement is conducted independently by Client Culture Pty Ltd. Certification decisions are based solely on data and process compliance — not commercial relationships.
Standards are reviewed annually. Certified firms are required to renew each year — credentials do not carry over. Any firm that no longer meets the standard will have its certification suspended or withdrawn.
Complaints and appeals are handled independently at standards@trustedfirms.global.
Complaints and appeals
If you believe a certification decision is incorrect, contact standards@trustedfirms.global. All complaints are reviewed independently. An appeals process is documented and available on request.
