Independence
Trusted Firms Global operates independently of the firms it certifies. Certification decisions are based on data and process compliance — not commercial relationships.
Relationship to Client Culture
Trusted Firms Global is operated by TFG Certification Pty Ltd, a certification authority that is independent of the firms it certifies. Service quality reviews are conducted by Client Culture Pty Ltd, a specialist client experience measurement platform with over 10 years of experience in professional services. TFG Certification and Client Culture are related entities under common ownership, operating with deliberately separated functions: Client Culture provides the independent measurement infrastructure and collects client feedback, and TFG Certification sets the standards and awards the credentials. No certified firm has any ownership of, or commercial interest in, the certification body, which is what keeps certification independent of the firms being assessed.
Governance
Certification standards are set by TFG Certification Pty Ltd. Measurement is conducted independently by Client Culture Pty Ltd. Standards are reviewed annually. Certified firms are required to renew each year — credentials do not carry over. Any firm that no longer meets the standard will have its certification suspended or withdrawn.
