Certification Program
Trusted Firms Global – Clients
Certifies excellence in client experience, measured through independent client feedback.
What is assessed
Client feedback
Collected by Client Culture, independent of the firm – via service quality reviews, not by the firm itself.
Experience drivers
Aligned to professional services via the Six Standards: responsiveness, clarity, expertise, relationship, accountability, recognition.
Measurement integrity
Coverage is checked and, at Verified and above, the client list is reconciled from the firm’s own client record – so selective omission is detectable.
Three tiers – choose your governance depth
New firms enter at Standard. Upgrade to Verified for higher credibility. Gold is for firms whose process depth makes rigour inevitable.
Entry-level certification
Your client feedback is collected independently by Client Culture – independent of your firm. Standard certifies that measurement happened independently and the program requirements were met. Completeness is not verified at this tier (and no public score is shown); that unlocks at Verified.
- ✓ NPS ≥ 70 (privately verified; not published)
- ✓ Min. 250 client responses
- ✓ Annual measurement cycle
- ✓ Manual integrity review
Premium credibility
Client Culture draws your client population from a verifiable client record – your own, not a list assembled for the survey – and reconciles coverage against firm size and across cycles, so selective omission is detectable. Same performance threshold as Standard, with governance depth that protects the measurement from selection.
- ✓ All Standard requirements
- ✓ Client population from your own client record (invoice amounts where they exist)
- ✓ Coverage reconciled against firm size and across cycles
- ✓ Measurement frequency proportionate to your client base
- ✓ Data via operations/finance, not fee-earners
The highest level of process transparency and client accountability
Requires sustained coverage across every cycle for a full year – every client given the opportunity to provide feedback each cycle, at a frequency proportionate to your client base – with structured, evidenced detractor follow-up. Gold requires NPS ≥ 70 today; from 10 December 2026, Gold requires NPS ≥ 80.
- ✓ All Verified requirements
- ✓ Proportionate cadence, sustained 12 months
- ✓ Sustained coverage every cycle
- ✓ Structured detractor follow-up, evidenced
- ✓ Demonstrated 12-month track record
Upgrade pathway: Start at Standard. Upgrade to Verified when you want higher credibility. If your process depth meets Gold requirements, your results will speak for themselves.

Certification summary report
Detailed results including NPS, response rate, and process compliance. At Standard, NPS is a private result – the public page shows certified status and process detail, not a score.
How the process works
Apply and choose your tier
Client Culture conducts independent service quality reviews – every invoiced client given the opportunity to provide feedback
Responses aggregated and assessed – NPS verified privately; public score at Verified and Gold
Governance requirements verified at your tier level
Credential issued if standards met
Annual renewal maintains certification (Gold sustains coverage across every cycle for a full year)
Trusted Firms Global certification is not a point-in-time achievement. Every credential expires after 12 months. Annual renewal ensures the credential always reflects current performance – not a result from years ago.

Common questions
- What does the firm have to provide?
- A client record for the measurement population. At Standard that may be a CRM export or a prepared list. At Verified and above it is the firm's own client record – the invoiced-client ledger where the firm bills per engagement, the active-client register where it does not – supplied through the operations or finance function rather than by fee-earners.
- How long does certification take?
- It follows your measurement cycle. Certification is assessed once a completed measurement cycle meets the participation thresholds, and is renewed annually.
- Will our clients be contacted repeatedly?
- Every invoiced client is given the opportunity to provide feedback in a cycle, and clients can opt out. Measurement frequency is proportionate to the size of your client base rather than a fixed cadence.
- What happens if our result is poor?
- Certification requires meeting the published threshold, so a firm below it is not certified – no credential is issued and nothing is published. Results are yours; Trusted Firms Global publishes only what a credential vouches for.
