Trusted Firms Global – Employees
Certifies employee experience, measured through independently collected staff feedback.
The ladder mirrors the Clients program, with one difference that works in the firm’s favour: for employees, the population is the firm’s own headcount. Completeness can be reconciled against the staff list, so an all-staff invitation is verifiable in a way a client list rarely is.
Certification tiers
The firm submits to independent measurement
Independent collection and measurement of staff feedback by Client Culture, checked through its manual integrity review. Completeness is not vouched at this tier, so no public score is published – the claim is independence and certified status.
The measurement is structurally protected from selection
The invited population is reconciled against the firm’s own headcount records, so selective omission is detectable. Coverage is checked across cycles.
The highest level of process transparency
Sustained coverage across every cycle for a full year – every employee given the opportunity to provide feedback each cycle – with structured, evidenced follow-up on the themes staff raise.
Previously awarded
Certification in this category has been awarded before. The HLB Mann Judd Network – Australasia was accredited in 2025 under Client Culture’s earlier Trusted Firms platform, and Macpherson Kelley in 2023. Those credentials predate the current tier structure and the public verification system; both re-enter through the ladder above as their measurement data migrates.
