Quick Start Guide
How to use your Trusted Firms credential and display your badge.
What you receive
Digital credential with unique ID
Your credential ID (e.g. TFG-2026-0001 for firms, TFA-2026-0001 for advisers) is permanent and year-stamped.
Public verification page
Hosted at trustedfirms.global/verify/[YOUR-ID] — anyone can verify your certification independently.
Certification badge (SVG + PNG)
Shield format badge with your firm/adviser name and "Verify →" link printed on it.
HTML embed code
Copy-paste code for adding the badge to your website with automatic verification link.
How to use your credential
Download your badge
Go to your verification page: trustedfirms.global/verify/[YOUR-ID]
Scroll to the “Badge” section and download:
- SVG file — for website use (scalable, recommended)
- PNG file — for email signatures, proposals, office signage
Add to your website
On your verification page, click “Copy embed code” to get the HTML:

- Homepage footer or sidebar
- “About us” page
- Contact page
- Email signature (use PNG file)
Add to email signatures
Use the PNG file. Most email clients support image insertion with hyperlinks.

Use in proposals and materials
Add the badge to:
- Pitch decks and proposals
- Capability statements
- LinkedIn company page
- Office signage (use high-res PNG)
- Marketing materials
Important: The badge must always link to your verification page. Do not modify the badge design, colours, or text.
Add to your LinkedIn profile
Add your Trusted Adviser credential to LinkedIn manually:
- Go to your LinkedIn profile → Add profile section → Licenses & certifications
- Name: Trusted Adviser 2026
- Issuing organisation: Trusted Firms Global
- Issue date: [your certification date]
- Expiration date: [12 months from issue date]
- Credential ID: TFA-2026-XXXX
- Credential URL: https://trustedfirms.global/verify/TFA-2026-XXXX
Important badge usage rules
Badge must link to your verification page
Every badge display must link to trustedfirms.global/verify/[YOUR-ID]
Do not modify the badge
No colour changes, text changes, cropping, or distortion
Remove within 30 days if certification lapses
If not renewed, badge must be removed from all materials
Match your current tier
Display only the badge matching your current certification level
