Trusted Firms Global

For certified firms & advisers

Quick Start Guide

How to use your Trusted Firms credential and display your badge.

What you receive

Digital credential with unique ID

Your credential ID (TFG-YYYY-NNNN for firms, TFA-YYYY-NNNN for advisers) is permanent and year-stamped.

Public verification page

Hosted at trustedfirms.global/verify/[YOUR-ID] — anyone can verify your certification independently.

Certification badge (SVG + PNG)

Shield format badge with your firm/adviser name and "Verify →" link printed on it.

HTML embed code

Copy-paste code for adding the badge to your website with automatic verification link.

How to use your credential

1

Find your verification page

Your credential email links to it. It is the page anyone can visit to confirm your certification is current: trustedfirms.global/verify/[YOUR-ID]

The badge is embedded, not downloaded. It is served live from trustedfirms.global, so it always reflects your current certification — and it stops displaying if that certification lapses. That is what makes it worth something to the person reading it.

If you need a static image file for print, signage, or a document, contact us and we will supply one.

2

Add to your website

On your verification page, click “Copy embed code” and paste the HTML where you want the badge to appear. It is a link wrapping an image, both served from trustedfirms.global — no script, no tracking, nothing to configure.

Copy it from the page rather than retyping it. The code carries your specific verification URL and the correct image dimensions, and it is the version we keep current — a hand-typed copy drifts.

Where to place it:

  • Homepage footer or sidebar
  • “About us” page
  • Contact page
3

Add to email signatures

Email signatures need an image file rather than embedded HTML, and many email clients block remotely loaded images by default. Ask us for a signature PNG and link it to your verification page.

Example signature:

Jane Smith

Senior Partner

Your Firm Name

Use in proposals and materials

Add the badge to:

  • Pitch decks and proposals
  • Capability statements
  • LinkedIn company page
  • Office signage (use high-res PNG)
  • Marketing materials

Important: The badge must always link to your verification page. Do not modify the badge design, colours, or text.
