Requirements

Badge must link to your verification page

Every badge display must link directly to your verification page on trustedfirms.global.

Badge must not be modified

No colour changes, no text changes, no cropping, no distortion. Use the badge files as provided.

Remove within 30 days of expiry

If your certification lapses and is not renewed, the badge must be removed from all channels within 30 days of the expiry date.

Badge tier must match your current certification

Do not display a Gold badge if certified at Verified, or a Verified badge if certified at Standard.

Firm certification vs individual certification

Firm badge

The firm certification badge belongs to the firm, not to individual advisers. It should not be used by individual advisers as a personal credential.

Individual Adviser badge

Individual Trusted Adviser certification (coming soon) will have a distinct badge design with the adviser's name printed on it to prevent confusion with firm certification.

Misuse

Displaying a Trusted Firms badge without current, valid certification is a breach of the certification agreement and may constitute misleading conduct. To report suspected misuse, contact standards@trustedfirms.global.

Downloading your badge

Badge files are provided to certified firms at the time of certification. If you need replacement files, contact certification@trustedfirms.global.

Trusted Firms certification is administered by TFG Certification Pty Ltd. The certification badge and ‘Trusted Firms’ name are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use of the badge, name, or associated marks is prohibited.
